Cancellation of Registration

Cancellation requests must be notified to satt-2018@fbk.eu.

• Cancellation requests received by August 30 will be refunded 50% of the registration price.
• Cancellation requests received after August 30 and  no-shows will not be reimbursed.

Please remember that cancelling the registration does not automatically cancel hotel and travel arrangements. Participants are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.

Revocation of Grant

Upon receipt of request from satt-2018@fbk.eu, grant winners must confirm participation in the school. If participation is NOT confirmed  by September 3, hotel reservation will be canceled.
